Craig Carman

Craig Carman has over 15 years experience in creative entertainment, A/V integration and retail media networks. Craig was one of the early innovators in introducing high-quality sound into the retail marketplace. It was at BOSE Corporation, where he led the national sales team into providing cutting-edge audio design and installation for Disney Stores, Urban Outfitters, GAP, Banana Republic, Pac Sun and many others. During his tenure at BOSE he met the founders of PlayNetwork, who in 1999 hired Craig to develop and grow the national sales and marketing teams. For the next 7 years Craig was responsible for all national sales and growth initiatives. Under Craig's leadership PlayNetwork provided services to many national retailers including Starbucks Coffee, Abercrombie & Fitch, Eddie Bauer, Hollister Co. and many others. Prior to discovering his passion for retail entertainment, Craig enjoyed a career as a drummer as well as a golf professional. |
Joan Gerberding

Joan brings experience and reputation to DMI Networks. For 4-decades she has created innovative advertising concepts, led media startup companies, driven revenue growth and built successful teams of media professionals. She is a passionate, enthusiastic and inspiring leader who truly believes in the power of radio. In addition, Joan was an early-adopter of place-based media and at-retail audio that aligns customers and brands right at point-of-purchase.
Radio Ink named her to their “Top 50 Most Influential Women in Radio" list eight times. She was Number One “Most Influential Woman in Radio” and “Broadcaster of the Year” in 2002, the national President of American Women in Radio & Television, she's served on the board of the Radio Advertising Bureau, was co-founder and spokesperson for the Most Influential Women in Radio group, and, in 2007, with Gloria Steinem, Jane Fonda and other remarkable women, helped to found the Women’s Media Center, in NYC.

Andy French

Andy French works with every major record label, plus many foreign and independent labels, to promote their artists and releases through in-flight, in-theatre, and in-store audio, video, print and Internet media. Andy began his professional career at the legendary A&M Records, where he handled artist relation duties for a roster of talent, including Sting and Barry White. In addition, he guided the early career development of numerous emerging artists worldwide and directed hundreds of celebrity promotions. In the last few years, Andy has assisted clients such as General Mills, Procter & Gamble and Kellogg’s in creating music and multimedia projects. |
Nancy Chierici

 Nancy Chierici brings to DMI more than 16 years of experience in sales and negotiation services for a variety of major national brands. She joins DMI Music after ten years with DMX Music, Inc., where she drove significant growth developing and strengthening many of the company’s major accounts including Gymboree, Wet Seal, Williams-Sonoma & Emerging Brands, bebe, Guess, Jamba Juice, Lucky Brand Jeans, Pac Sun and many others. |
Michael Panebianco

 Michael Panebianco has over 12 years of advertising sales and marketing experience specializing in various advertising platforms including cable, outdoor, alternative out-of-home and place based media. Michael most recently assisted with the successful launch of Electronic Measurement/PPM for the radio industry for Arbitron, Inc.
Michael is extremely excited to be at DMI with such a talented team of music and media professionals. He believes that combined with his background and expertise, the DMI Networks division will achieve great things for the company and our clients. |
Chris Hoover

 Chris Hoover brings to DMI more than 10 years experience in the national account retail marketplace. Chris has held sales and account management positions with both DMX and TruSonic. During this time Chris was directly responsible for developing and maintaining accounts such as Johnson Murphy, Dollar Tree, Big Lots and many others. Chris was also recognized for excellence receiving many awards including the coveted Summit Award. |
Jim Kressler

Jim oversees the creation and updating of Private Label Radio’s in-store customized music programming. Jim brings 15 years of in-store music programming experience to Private Label Radio, having served as a member of the founding programming teams with Sirius Satellite Radio as VP, Programming Operations, and Music Choice as Director, Programming. Jim began his career with ABC Radio’s FM flagship, WPLJ in New York as Music Research Manager. Jim holds a M.A. in Communication Arts from Montclair State University and is a past panelist at Nashville Music Leadership. |
Roxanne Drolet

With a background in advertising and entertainment marketing, and a degree in music from Berklee College of Music, Roxanne worked for several advertising agencies before entering the world of commercial radio with Clear Channel Entertainment and CBS Radio corporate in New York, creating national platform advertising for international brands like Coca-Cola, P&G, Unilever, Chrysler, Hallmark and Nokia. As a musician, Roxanne composed music for film and theater including the independent film “Anything Once,” and off-Broadway theatrical productions of Shakespeare’s “The Tempest,” “Love's Labour's Lost,” and "Titus Andronicus." She has also composed and produced music for ad campaigns for clients like Heineken, Pelican Bay and Paradisus Resorts. |
